ABOUT ME

My path has been a varied one - life at sea, years as an educator, theater director/actor, and work as a business coach - all of which inform the way I now accompany others.

Living in my third phase of life, I am clear that what once sustained me no longer fully does. Aging itself creates a new psychological and soulful context, one that requires letting go of earlier identities and accepting, without apology, the reality of being old. In that acceptance, something essential is freed.

From a depth perspective, it is a profound privilege to guide and bear witness to my clients as they navigate this terrain—loosening the grip of conditioned patterns and external expectations, and choosing how they wish to live with greater freedom, meaning, and integrity.
